This is horrendous
Nothing was like the online ads said
Everything there was no safes no fridges air con was broken there was black mould on all of the ceilings and bathrooms when I confronted the owner about how bad our rooms were he told me to “f off and don’t complain” then followed up by threatening me saying that we needed to leave. We stayed there for 3 nights and all good lung infections and currently so sick. I hope that this makes a difference and strongly scares people off from staying there

What was the highlight of Duo Legian Hotel
Disgusting and needs a huge revamp. Never again.
The reception staff could not speak a word of English and had no idea what we were saying. They just laughed at us. Luckily a Javanese man was booking in at the same time and he got us booked in. The room was filthy! I washed the toilet and hand basin before using them. The floor was dirty so I kept my shoes on. Above the bed was a huge patch of black mould and the bathroom was very mouldy too. I wore a mask to bed so I didn’t breathe in any mould spores! Bed was clean and shower was hot, but this was a very unpleasant experience.

No Wi-Fi No window No terrace as stated The pool is not on the roof and I can’t imagine anyone wanting to use it ever There were no staff at reception most of the time
